Refund policy
We have a 7 days return policy from the date of delivery. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your delivery address upon receiving return request.
Incase reverse pickup facility is not available in your area, you can courier the product to us at the following address:

In case of return or exchange, forward shipping & reverse shipping charges are applicable to the customer. If there is any damage to the product you can request for an exchange, we will investigate and take a needfull action for that case.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Please Provide Unboxing Video of the package along with your return request incase there is an issue with the product.
Instructions for Return:
- Include the original packaging.
- Write a brief note stating the reason for the return, your order ID, and the exchange product details (if applicable).
Shipping
- In case of return or exchange, forward shipping & reverse shipping charges are applicable to the customer.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team will contact you for further processing.
- For exchanges, our team will inform you of the forward shipping charges based on the weight or size of the parcel. You can make the payment to our bank account. After payment confirmation, we will arrange for the exchange product to be sent to you.
Important Information:
All exchanges and returns are time-consuming processes. Please ensure you have the following information ready before requesting a return or addressing any issues with your order, or your request may be canceled:
Data Required for Return:
- An unboxing video of the parcel (the product you received).
- Five pictures of the product from different angles.
- The original packaging is mandatory for returns.
- All labels and tags should be properly attached.
- A self-attested note with your reason for return, order ID, and exchange product details (if applicable).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation Policy
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at hello@heathex.com
If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, we will debit a cancellation charge of ₹100. The balance amount shall be refunded through UPI mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway.
